Catering
Damit jede Platte individuell und einzigartig bleibt, gestalten wir sie je nach Verfügbarkeit und Saison mit den besten Produkten, die gerade frisch verfügbar sind.

Was einst ein klassischer Bauernhof war, entwickelt sich nun Schritt für Schritt zu einem besonderen Ort für Genuss, Begegnung und Feierlichkeiten.

Was 2019 mit der Umstellung auf Direktvermarktung begann, ist heute ein vielseitiger Betrieb mit klaren Werten:
Direktvermarktung von Geflügel mit integriertem Hofladen, ein exklusives Spezialitätengeschäft, authentisches Catering und bald auch unsere einzigartige Location in unserem alten Troadboden –

Seit 2010 führt Thomas den Hof, den er von seinen Eltern übernommen hat – mit viel Herzblut und dem Wunsch, Bewährtes zu bewahren und gleichzeitig neue Wege zu gehen.
2019 haben wir, Thomas und Katharina, gemeinsam den Schritt gewagt und die Landwirtschaft auf Direktvermarktung umgestellt.
Seither stehen unsere Hühner & Puten im Mittelpunkt: artgerechte Haltung, hochwertige Fütterung und Eier sowie Fleisch direkt
vom Hof.

A true pioneer, the first to believe in the potential of Armenia’s wine on a world stage and determined to put Armenia on a very high level from the very start, for over a decade Zorik, together with his wife Yeraz, focused on reviving the dormant wine industry of the country.
He started planting and teaching locals how to work the vineyards while at the same time instilling the idea to the people that Armenia could produce, not only excellent wines, but also unique wines from its native grape varieties debunking the general mind-set of winegrowers at the time that Armenia should follow the path of international varietals.
